Responsibilities:
- Actively write, review, and maintain production-level code alongside the engineering team
- Lead system architecture, technical design decisions, and code quality standards.
- Mentor engineers through code reviews, pair programming, and technical guidance.
- Balance people management with hands-on technical execution to deliver scalable, reliable solutions.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5–10 years of software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong proficiency in one or more programming languages used by the team (e.g., Node. Js, JavaScript, Python, Java, etc.).
- Proven experience designing and building production systems, APIs, or platforms.
- Ability to lead technically while remaining actively involved in coding and problem-solving.
