Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Training: Design and deliver technical training for staff and 3rd-party installers.
- Standards: Develop SOPs for installation, safety, and system commissioning.
- Supervision: Conduct on-site inspections of partner work to ensure 100% compliance with designs.
- Commissioning: Perform final system testing and formal technical handover to clients.
- Support: Provide Tier-2 troubleshooting for complex inverter and storage system issues.
Requirements:
- Education: B.Eng/B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or related field. COREN/NSE is a plus.
- Experience: 5+ years in Solar PV (Hybrid/Off-grid), with 2+ years in a supervisory or training role.
- Expertise: Deep knowledge of Hybrid Inverters, Lithium storage, and DC/AC protection.
- Skills: Strong communication skills to manage and lead local contractor crews.
- Attributes: High integrity, zero-tolerance for technical shortcuts, and process-driven.
