Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Digitising: Convert logos into EMB/.DST files manually.
- Operation: Run single/multi-head industrial machines for caps, agbada, and tees.
- Maintenance: Perform daily oiling and minor troubleshooting (tension, needles, rotary hooks).
- Consultation: Advise clients on design sizing and stitch counts.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Wilcom or Pe-Design software
- Experience with industrial machines (Ricoma, Tajima, Feiya).
- Ability to hoop difficult fabrics (Velvet, Leather, silk, polyester) without puckering.
