Job Summary
We are a leading betting company in Nigeria, offering sports, gaming, and live betting experiences online. Our goal is to make our website and mobile app easy to use, fun, and engaging for all our users. We are looking for a UX Specialist to help improve how our customers interact with our platform. As a UX Specialist, you will work closely with our local User Research team and Product Managers to understand Nigerian users, propose localised improvements, and turn insights into clear wireframes and prototypes that make sports betting faster, easier, and more exciting.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Initiate and conduct user research (interviews, surveys, usability testing) together with the local UXR team
- Analyse user behaviour, feedback, and competitor apps to identify opportunities
- Create wireframes, user flows, and mid-fidelity prototypes (mainly in Figma)
- Propose complete, Nigeria-specific design solutions for sports-betting features
- Present proposals to Product Managers and stakeholders
- Support continuous usability testing and UX improvement
- Collaborate daily with Nigeria-based User Researchers and UXR Leader
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, IT, Graphic/Interaction Design, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in UX design or research.
- Good knowledge of user-centered design and usability.
- Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and testing designs.
- Able to use simple data and analytics to improve user experience.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work well in a team and focus on delivering a great user experience.
- You are an active and passionate sports-betting user yourself (especially football and real sports) – this is mandatory and will be tested during the interview
- Proficient in Figma (mid-level or above)
- Must provide a portfolio or case studies with your application
- Basic understanding of mobile-money and African payment habits is a strong advantage
Remuneration: NGN 200,000 - 300,000 Monthly Gross with a Structure of 70% Basic Salary and 30% KPI
