Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Oversee copper work tasks within the workshop.
- Ensure quality and safety standards are met in all work processes.
- Train and support junior technicians.
- Maintain accurate records and report progress to the manager.
- Help in identifying material requirements and managing resources efficiently.
Requirements:
- Experience: 5 to 10 years of hands-on experience in a panel workshop environment.
- Technical Skills: Solid knowledge and practical experience in copper work (cutting, bending, shaping). Ability to take precise measurements and ensure accuracy in fabrication. Familiarity with tools and techniques used in copper busbar installation.
- Leadership: Capable of teaching and guiding junior staff. Supervising day-to-day workshop operations.
- Teamwork: Able to coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow. Monitor team progress and ensure project timelines are met.
