Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Website Development & Customisation
- Develop new websites using WordPress, WooCommerce, Elementor, or custom themes
- Customize themes, templates, and page layouts
- Build custom WordPress themes when required
- Customize existing plugins or develop custom plugins
- Create mobile-responsive and cross-browser-compatible layouts
Website Maintenance
- Perform regular updates (WordPress core, plugins, themes)
- Monitor uptime and site performance
- Troubleshoot technical issues and fix bugs
- Maintain website backups and security protocols
WooCommerce / E-commerce
- Set up product catalogues, variations, attributes, shipping, payments
- Optimize product pages for conversions
- Manage bulk product uploads (CSV import/export)
- Improve shop performance and load speed
Performance & SEO
- Optimize speed (caching, compression, CDN, image optimization)
- Implement on-page SEO best practices
- Ensure clean, semantic code and fast loading times
Integration & APIs
- Connect WordPress with CRM, ERP, payment gateways, social APIs
- Implement 3rd-party tools and analytics (GA4, FB Pixel, Search Console)
