Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Website Development & Customization:
- Assisting with the setup, customization, and maintenance of client websites
- Working with website builders and content management systems such as WordPress and Shopify
- Implementing visual and functional updates using themes, plugins, and custom code
- Ensuring websites are mobile-responsive and optimized for performance
General Web Development Tasks:
- Supporting front-end development tasks for internal products
- Writing clean, simple, and reusable code
- Troubleshooting bugs and performance issues
- Collaborating with the team during standups, project discussions, and reviews
Requirements:
Technical Skills (Beginner / Intermediate):
- Understanding of WordPress (themes, plugins, Elementor, etc.)
- Familiarity with Shopify (store setup, theme editing, product setup, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Bonus skills: React, Next.js, UI/UX
- Ability to learn fast and adapt to project needs
- Experience using Git/GitHub is a plus
