Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Water Production Manager to oversee the production of sachet water, bottled water, and dispenser jars. The ideal candidate will ensure that all products meet NAFDAC and other regulatory standards in Nigeria. This role requires a deep understanding of water purification systems, quality control, and regulatory compliance.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily water production processes for sachets, bottles, and dispenser jars.
- Ensure all finished products comply with NAFDAC and relevant health and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular quality control checks and laboratory analysis of water samples.
- Monitor and maintain water purification systems including reverse osmosis and activated carbon filters.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for production efficiency and product consistency.
- Train and manage production staff to uphold quality standards.
- Maintain detailed production records and report to management.
- Ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of all equipment and production areas.
Requirements:
- HND or Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a water production or quality control role.
- Strong knowledge of analytical chemistry, water testing, purification, and treatment.
- Hands-on experience with reverse osmosis systems and activated carbon filters.
- Familiarity with NAFDAC regulations and other water production standards in Nigeria.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
