Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the availability of materials to be used for production at all times.
- Liaise with necessary inter-related teams for timely and accurate information pertaining all items to be produced.
- Supervise the timely and excellent preparation of products ensuring it meets expected standards at all times.
- Oversee the management and right use of production equipment.
- Manage staff shift roasters; ensuring their timely attendance.
- Assist the Quality Control Manager to oversee issues related to product quality through the application of food safety and security measures.
Requirements:
- A minimum of a bachelors degree in related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience.
