Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily factory operations and staff performance
- Plan, organize, and monitor production schedules.
- Ensure furniture and construction products meet quality standards.
- Enforce health, safety, and compliance policies.
- Manage raw materials and inventory usage.
- Train, guide, and motivate production teams.
- Monitor machinery, tools, and equipment efficiency.

Requirements:
