Responsibilities:
- Ensure food production processes comply with internal quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor food preparation procedures to maintain consistency, taste, and presentation standards.
- Enforce food safety and hygiene compliance in line with regulatory guidelines.
- Conduct routine quality inspections across production and storage areas.
- Document findings, prepare quality reports, and escalate non-conformities.
- Train kitchen and production staff on food safety, hygiene, and quality control standards.
- Implement corrective and preventive actions to address quality gaps.
- Maintain proper documentation of quality control processes and compliance records.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related field.
- Minimum of 2–4 years’ experience in Quality Assurance within the food production or hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and hygiene standards.
- Experience in conducting inspections and documentation.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and training skills.
