The Internal Control Manager is responsible for strengthening operational integrity, ensuring compliance with company policies, and minimizing financial and operational risks across all business units. The role provides hands-on oversight of internal control frameworks, conducts periodic audits, reviews and business processes.

Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and approve financial and operational requests to ensure alignment with company policies and budgetary provisions.
- Conduct secondary reviews (call-overs) of processed transactions to verify accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established control procedures.
- Monitor and review transactions to ensure adherence to the approved insurance and discount policies, identifying any deviations for corrective action.
- Authenticate all revenue inflows, ensuring proper documentation and reconciliation to prevent revenue leakages.
- Provide oversight and advisory support to the procurement division, ensuring processes comply with company policies and promote cost-effectiveness.
- Plan and execute regular audits and unannounced spot checks to ensure compliance with internal control standards and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare periodic control reports, highlight control gaps, and recommend practical corrective measures to management.
Requirements:
- Minimum BSc.
- 7 years of previous experience in a similar role.
