QSR Supervisor
Job summary
We are seeking a responsible and energetic QSR supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our quick-service restaurant. The successful candidate will supervise staff, ensure efficient service delivery, maintain food quality and hygiene standards, and provide excellent customer service. The QSR Supervisor will manage shift operations, coordinate team activities, and ensure that orders are prepared and served quickly and accurately. The role also involves monitoring staff performance, resolving customer complaints, and ensuring that all operational procedures and company standards are followed. The ideal candidate should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, motivate team members, and maintain a smooth workflow during busy service periods.

- 2–3 years of experience in a quick-service restaurant or food service environment.
- Previous supervisory or team leadership experience is an advantage.
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
- Good understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and restaurant operations.
