Job Summary
We are a fast-growing BNPL company seeking a proactive and mobile Quality Assurance Officer who will ensure all staff strictly adhere to company policies across multiple branches. This role requires frequent movement from one location to another to conduct on-site compliance checks and verify that teams are operating according to the company standard

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Carry out routine on-site compliance checks across all store locations.
- Ensure staff adherence to all company policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Investigate non-compliance issues and follow up on corrective actions.
- Train and guide staff on company policies, expectations and operational standards.
- Prepare and submit timely compliance reports to management.
Requirements:
- BSc/HND in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a Quality Assurance Officer, or related roles.
- Strong observation, reporting, and communication skills.
- Willingness to move regularly between locations as part of daily duties.
