Quality Control Manager
Job summary
The Quality Control & Production Manager is responsible for overseeing product quality, packaging standards, and overall production efficiency. The role ensures adherence to established quality, health & safety standards; drives continuous improvement, investigates customer complaints to prevent recurrence, and ensures recipe accuracy at production.

Responsibilities:
- Ensuring and monitoring product quality and packaging.
- Effective management of all product quality.
- Establishing and enforcing organization standards.
- Determining and agreeing on in-house quality procedures and standards alongside the Operations Manager.
- Working with the procurement officer to establish the quality requirements of raw materials from suppliers.
- Generating change and improvement in standards/quality of service.
- Investigating, monitoring, and setting standards for quality/health and safety.
- Drawing up ways to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
- Understanding recipes and ensuring accurate measurements are followed during the course of production.
- Investigate customer complaints and the root cause to prevent recurrence.
- Effective management of the production department and environment.
- Operational strategizing.
Requirements:
- Minimum BSC
- 4 years of previous experience in a similar role
