We are seeking an experienced Quality Control Specialist with a minimum of 5 years in quality assurance and inspection processes. The role is critical to ensuring that products and services consistently meet established standards of quality, reliability, and performance. Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures and standards across production processes.
- Conduct inspections, audits, and tests to ensure compliance with internal and external quality requirements.
- Identify defects, root causes, and recommend corrective/preventive actions.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to resolve quality issues.
- Maintain accurate documentation of quality checks, test results, and compliance reports.
- Train and mentor junior staff on quality standards and best practices.
- Ensure adherence to ISO, GMP, or other relevant industry standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and reduce waste.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in quality control, quality assurance, or related roles.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems (QMS), statistical process control, and inspection techniques.
- Proficiency in tools such as Six Sigma, Lean, or Kaizen methodologies.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry-specific standards.
