Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Ability to craft compelling edits from footage, interviews, archive materials, and B-roll.
- Build emotional rhythm through pacing and visual storytelling.
- Execute seamless modern transitions that enhance, not distract from, the narrative.
- Perform cinematic colour grading and shot matching to establish a consistent visual identity.
- Ability to integrate motion graphics and archival imagery with precision is a huge plus.
- Deliver polished edits optimised for long-form documentaries and short-form social content.
- Collaborate closely with writers and producers to maintain story integrity in interpretation.
Requirements:
- A minimum of a Diploma in a related field
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, and Adobe After Effects.
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop for creating and editing visual content.
- Ability to produce high-quality video and graphic content from concept to final delivery.
