Social Media Manager

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the company’s social media pages.
• Create, shoot, and edit engaging video content for social media.
• Plan and schedule daily social media posts.
• Create motivational and inspirational flyers/content for morning posts.
• Develop engaging content that promotes the company’s real estate services and properties.
• Cover site inspections, real estate events, and other company activities through photosand videos.
• Edit videos and other visual content for social media platforms.
• Ensure content is posted consistently according to the content calendar.
• Monitor social media engagement and audience interaction.
• Generate creative content ideas to increase visibility and engagement.
• Maintain a well-organized social media content calendar.
• Work closely with the company to ensure content aligns with its brand and business objectives.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Social Media Manager, Content Creator, or in a similar role.
• Strong video shooting and editing skills.
• Ability to create attractive and engaging social media content.
• Good knowledge of major social media platforms.
• Ability to use video-editing and graphic-design tools/apps.
• Creative, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Must be willing to work on-site in Magodo Phase 11.
• Candidates must live around Ketu, Ojota, Ikeja, Magodo, or nearby areas.
• Experience in real estate or property marketing is an added advantage.

Location: Magodo Phase 2, Lagos, Nigeria

Remuneration: NGN 150,000 Monthly
