Visual Content Designer

Responsibilities:

• Develop creative concepts and visual content aligned with brand objectives.
• Write scripts and storyboards for video productions.
• Plan and execute video shoots, including camera operation, lighting, and audio setup.
• Edit and produce high-quality promotional, educational, and social media videos.
• Design compelling graphics for digital and print platforms, including social media creatives, marketing materials, presentations, banners, and advertisements.
• Create motion graphics and visual effects where necessary.
• Collaborate with marketing and other departments to deliver impactful campaigns.
• Maintain brand consistency across all visual assets.
• Manage multiple creative projects while meeting deadlines.
• Stay updated with industry trends, design tools, and emerging creative technologies.

Requirements:

• End-to-end video production, including: Scriptwriting, Storyboarding, Video shooting and camera handling, Lighting and audio setup, Video editing and post-production
• Expert-level graphic design skills with a strong portfolio showcasing creative work.
• Professional proficiency in industry-standard creative software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or equivalent tools.
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling, typography, layout, color theory, and branding.
• Excellent creativity, attention to detail, and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Candidates with experience or proficiency in UI/UX design will have a significant advantage.
