Join our growing team of remote virtual receptionists and play a vital role in the success of our US-based clients.   • Experience Length : 3 years

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls promptly and with a positive, helpful attitude
  • Accurately capture caller information and messages, ensuring timely delivery
  • Address basic client questions according to established guidelines
  • Schedule appointments and/or transfer calls
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure exceptional service standards are consistently met


Requirements:

  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision
  • Computer proficiency and typing skill
  • Availability to work during US business hours


Preferred Experience:

  • Prior customer service experience, particularly in a phone-based role
  • Familiarity with CRM software or appointment scheduling tools

Required Equipment:

  • Computer with the ability to run Chrome or our phone software’s desktop app
  • Strong, reliable WiFi
  • Headset with microphone
