Job Summary

We are looking to hire a suitable candidate to identify customer needs and expectations, to deliver service requests, ensuring the customer receives an effective service by being efficient, knowledgeable, and consistent in delivery, intending to achieve first contact resolution.

  • Minimum Qualification : HND
  • Experience Level : Entry level
  • Experience Length : 2 years

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Answering telephone calls and handling inquiries
  • Customer service and telemarketing
  • Uploading of products and services on prescribed social media pages
  • Maintaining of social media pages, reply to comments to encourage customers to make a buying decision.
  • Ensuring through approved means the enrollment of students
  • Directing prospective students to pay to the prescribed company account
  • Maintaining diaries
  • Arranging appointments
  • Taking messages
  • Typing and word processing
  • Filing
  • Organizing and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes)
  • Managing databases
  • Prioritizing workloads
  • Recruiting, training and supervising junior staff
  • Handling correspondence and maintaining social media platforms
  • Implementing new procedures and administrative systems
  • Liaising with relevant organizations
  • Coordinating mail-shots and similar publicity tasks
  • Brand building and brand management using media tools
  • Working with designers to maintain and improve the brand properties of the organization
  • Helping to organize and manage webinars, seminars and live broadcasts across media channels




Requirements:

  • Minimum academic qualification of HND or Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of proven customer support experience and track record of over-achieving quota
  • Strong phone contact handling skills active listening and good command of written English
  • Good use of social media marketing skills 
  • Great marketing skills
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills including written English
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively


Location: Our preferred candidate must preferably live close to Gaduwa Estate, Abuja
