Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients, suppliers, contractors, visitors, and employees with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Manage the front desk area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments or personnel.
- Manage the general email inbox, responding to inquiries or forwarding them to the relevant staff members.
- Register and manage visitor access, ensuring they sign in and out according to company procedures.
- Provide visitors with the necessary information and direct them to their appointments.
- Assist with various administrative tasks, including filing, photocopying, and data entry.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages.
- Arrange for outgoing mail and courier services as required.
- Address client and visitor inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Provide information about the firm’s services, projects, and team members.
- Ensure compliance with security protocols, including visitor management and access control.
- Report any security or safety issues to the Office Manager.
- Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory, placing orders when necessary.
- Ensure the front desk area is stocked with necessary supplies and materials.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a front desk officer or in a similar role
- OND/HND or BSc. in a relevant course of study
