Medical tourism assistant is urgently required to handle the administrative and customer support services for tourists and must be able to practice data confidentiality and compliance with privacy regulations.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Ability to provide administrative and customer support services in the healthcare industry.
- Ability to accurately enter patients' information and medical records while ensuring data confidentiality and compliance with privacy regulations.
- To do interdepartmental coordination to handle patient/agent queries.
- Build and manage relationships with the patients & get patient feedback on the service provided.
- Ability to assist in preparing medical reports, correspondence, and other medical-related documents as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
- Proven experience in the Healthcare Industry, preferably in medical affairs and with experience in medicines.
- Excellent English language capabilities, both written and spoken.
- Very good capabilities of other languages (e.g. Arabic, German, French, Spanish, Italian) can be an advantage.
- Strong strategic and critical thinking and business acumen.
- Technical ability in assessing scientific data and extracting most relevant information.
- Agility in creating solutions.
