Job summary
The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of activities and will support with virtual errands and provide regular status updates. This is a full-time role from Monday to Saturday, including work from home and flexible hours.

- Manage email inboxes by filtering, responding, organising, scheduling meetings, appointments, and reminders, maintaining calendars, and sending meeting invites, preparing meeting agendas or minutes. Creating and managing to-do lists or project timelines.
- Drafting and proofreading emails, memos, or reports. Coordinating communication between teams or clients. Making phone calls and following up on tasks or inquiries. Handling customer or client inquiries.
- Conducting market or competitor research, researching products, tools, or services, gathering information for business presentations or reports. Exploring travel options, destinations, and accommodations.
- Organising digital files and folders. Data entry and database management. Creating, updating, and formatting spreadsheets. Preparing presentations or proposals.
- Scheduling and posting content on social platforms. Engaging with followers and responding to comments or messages. Monitor trends and prepare reports on performance analytics. Coordinating with graphic designers or copywriters.
- Ordering groceries or managing online shopping. Coordinating with service providers (e.g., cleaning services, repairs). Sending gifts or cards for special occasions. Paying bills or managing subscriptions.
- Tracking progress on key projects. Creating progress reports or presentations. Coordinating with team members to ensure deadlines are met. Managing small-scale projects or assignments.
- Editing photos or videos. Writing content for blogs or newsletters. Creating simple designs using tools like Canva. Proofreading or improving creative work.
- Assisting with software setup or troubleshooting. Managing CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress).Uploading and formatting website content. Monitoring and reporting website analytics.
- Coordinating events or webinars. Helping with recruitment: screening resumes or coordinating interviews. Budget tracking and financial record management.
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant.
- Degree in a related field.
- Good organisational and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
