Videographer

Responsibilities:

• Capture high-quality videos and photographs of residential, commercial, and luxury properties.
• Produce engaging property walkthroughs, promotional videos, interviews, client testimonials, and behind-the-scenes content.
• Plan and execute shoots, including selecting appropriate angles, lighting setups, and camera movements.
• Operate cameras, gimbals, lighting equipment, microphones, and drones to create professional-quality content.
• Edit videos for social media platforms, websites, digital advertisements, and other marketing campaigns.
• Create short-form content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop creative content ideas that promote listings and the company brand.
• Cover company events, property launches, inspections, and other corporate activities.
• Add transitions, music, sound effects, subtitles, colour correction, and motion graphics where necessary.
• Organize, store, and maintain video files and production equipment.
• Stay updated with current video production trends, social media trends, and real estate marketing techniques.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree, HND, or relevant certification in Film Production, Media, Mass Communication, Photography, or a related field is an advantage.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Videographer, preferably in real estate, lifestyle, or commercial content creation.
• Strong knowledge of filming techniques, camera settings, composition, lighting, framing, and visual storytelling.
• Hands-on experience using DSLR or mirrorless cameras, gimbals, drones, and audio recording equipment.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar video editing software.
• Ability to plan and execute shoots with minimal supervision.
• Excellent creative thinking and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
