The Videographer/Video Editor with strong motion graphics skills, will be responsible for all video production activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, shooting, and editing high-quality video content, including podcast recordings, short-form reels, and promotional materials.

Responsibilities:
Video Production:
- Plan, shoot, and manage high-quality video recordings for podcasts, interviews, and talk show segments
- Set up and operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment during shoots
Video Editing:
- Edit long-form videos into polished final outputs
- Create engaging short-form content (reels, teasers, highlights) for social media
Motion Graphics & Visual Effects:
- Design and incorporate motion graphics, animations, and visual effects where necessary
- Create intro/outro sequences, lower thirds, captions, and transitions
- Ensure brand consistency across all video content
Content Optimization:
- Adapt video formats for different platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.)
- Add subtitles, captions, and visual enhancements to improve engagement
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a videographer and video editor (portfolio required)
- Experience working on podcasts, talk shows, or social media content is an advantage
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Cap Cut)
- Strong working knowledge of motion graphics tools (e.g., After Effects)
- Familiarity with camera equipment, lighting setups, and audio recording tools
- Basic knowledge of color grading and sound editing
