Job summary
We are looking for a highly organised, creative and proactive Creative & Operations Assistant. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys variety and is comfortable moving between creative tasks, administration, customer communication, events and day-to-day operations. No two days will be exactly the same.

Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
Creative & Content:
- Assist with creating content for social media
- Take photos and videos of products, events, workshops and behind-the-scenes activities
- Help create engaging content ideas
- Create Canva designs and other visual materials
- Help organise content and keep creative projects moving
Business & Operations:
- Support the day-to-day running
- Help manage customer enquiries and follow up when required
- Help source and purchase materials and supplies
- Assist with stock organisation and inventory
- Prepare and organise customer orders and activities
Events & Projects:
- Assist with preparing for and supporting events
- Help with event coordination and logistics
- Support with event setup and pack-down when required
- Support DIY workshops and creative experiences
General Support:
- Help manage a variety of administrative and practical tasks
- Keep track of tasks, deadlines and priorities
- Follow up on outstanding actions
- Anticipate what needs to be done and take initiative
- Support the founder with whatever is needed to keep the businesses organised and moving forward
Requirements:
- Highly organised and detail-oriented
- Creative and visually aware
- Proactive and able to take initiative
- Comfortable working independently
- A strong communicator with good written and spoken English
- Confident using Canva and social media platforms
- Comfortable taking photos and videos using a phone
- Good at multitasking and managing different priorities
- Resourceful and good at finding solutions
- Reliable, professional and trustworthy
- Happy to work on both creative and practical tasks
- Interested in events, celebrations, design, gifting or creative experiences
