Vessel Navigation and Communication Technician

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and repair communication and navigation equipment on vessels
• Perform routine and periodic communication and navigation equipment
• Installation of navigation and communication equipment
• Use of necessary engineering resources to support product selection and recommendations

Requirements:

• Minimum academic qualification of HND/BSc in Electrical and Electronic Engineering
• Minimum of 6 months and above experience in electrical installations and troubleshooting
• Preferably male and Physically Fit/Strong.
• The candidate must be able to work independently without supervision.
• General smartness and keenness to knowledge.
• Ability to speak good Oral English.
• Self-starting multitasked who easily adapts to rapid change
• General electronics troubleshoot
• Sound judgment under deadline pressure
• Skilled at nurturing client relationships
• Experience filing out and submitting detailed reports
• Committed to preserving client and business confidentiality
• Quality-oriented
• Driven to achieve
• Keen attention to details

Remuneration:

• Salary: NGN 70,000
• Other Benefits: Travel Allowance.
