The service of an experienced Sales Team Lead is needed by our client a fast-growing Real Estate company that is into sales and purchase of properties. The sales manager must be able to coordinate sales executives and must reside within the Lekki-Ajah axis. Salary and commissions offered.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Setting goals for the team and producing monthly forecasting reports to see how well the team is doing in achieving those targets and budgets.
  • Managing a sales team and providing leadership, training, and coaching.
  • Developing a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues.
  • Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
  • Achieving growth and hitting sales targets.
  • Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence.
  • Managing, recruiting, setting objectives, coaching, and performance monitoring sales representatives.
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
  • Present sales, revenue, and expense reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
