Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

Support the development and implementation of user-focused content strategies and guidelines tailored for FMCG digital products to improve usability and accessibility.
Create, maintain, and update UX writing standards, templates, and best practices to ensure consistent, clear, and brand-aligned messaging across all digital interfaces.
Embed user-centered writing principles throughout the entire product development lifecycle, from research and design to testing and launch.
Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to align content with business goals and meet user needs effectively.
Analyze user feedback, product analytics, and emerging UX trends to continuously refine and optimize content for clarity and engagement.
Develop and deliver training and guidance for cross-functional teams on UX writing best practices, promoting a culture of clear and effective communication.
Ensure all digital touchpoints communicate inclusively and clearly, enhancing overall customer experience, brand loyalty, and engagement.
Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a user-focused approach
Proficiency with UX tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar platforms
Knowledge of UX principles, design systems, and accessibility standards

Requirements:

Minimum of 4 years experience
BSc. Degree in a relevant course of study
