Job Title: UX Designer (Mobile & Web)

Role Overview

We are looking for a UX Designer specializing in mobile and web experiences to join our Lagos team for a 3-month onsite contract. In this role, you will help design intuitive and engaging user experiences across our mobile applications and web platforms.

You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and leadership to transform complex ideas into simple and elegant user journeys. This contract has the potential to convert into a full-time position based on performance and company needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design intuitive and user-centered experiences for mobile applications and web platforms
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions
• Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to deliver high-quality user experiences
• Ensure design consistency across Esdiac products
• Translate product requirements into clear UX solutions
• Participate in design reviews and product brainstorming sessions
• Improve the usability of key product areas such as checkout, onboarding, payments, and account management

Required Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in UX/UI design for mobile and web applications
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design work
• Proficiency with modern design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles
• Experience designing mobile-first experiences
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced startup environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing fintech, telecom, or marketplace products
• Experience working with design systems
• Familiarity with mobile platform guidelines (iOS and Android)
