UI/UX Product Designer

About This Role
Create intuitive digital products that help users move confidently through complex workflows. We're looking for a designer who combines research, interaction design, and visual craft to shape experiences that are beautiful, useful, and commercially effective.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead discovery, user research, journey mapping, wireframing, and prototyping for client projects
• Design high-fidelity interfaces for web and mobile experiences using modern design systems
• Facilitate design reviews and translate stakeholder feedback into practical product decisions
• Partner with engineers to ensure designs are feasible, accessible, and implemented accurately
• Create reusable components, interaction patterns, and documentation in Figma
• Run usability tests and synthesize insights into actionable product improvements
• Support brand, content, and conversion goals across landing pages and product surfaces
• Present design rationale clearly to clients and internal teams
  

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years of UI/UX or product design experience
• Strong portfolio showing responsive web, mobile, or SaaS product work
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, prototyping workflows, and component libraries
• Experience with user research, usability testing, and design iteration
• Understanding of accessibility, responsive layouts, and frontend implementation constraints
• Ability to turn ambiguous requirements into clear product flows
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or equivalent practical experience
