- Assists clients in planning, organising, and booking travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, tours, and transportation.
- Provide expert advice on destinations, travel requirements, visa processing, and budgeting to ensure smooth and enjoyable trips.
- Tailor itineraries to clients’ needs, handle changes or cancellations, and stay updated on industry trends.
- Promote travel packages, maintain strong customer relationships.
- Ensure compliance with travel regulations and policies.
