Trading Executive

Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain product backlogs and user stories.
• Daily trading responsibilities (including product and portfolio execution).
• Managing the team to ensure optimisation of product and category pages.
• Deep sales analysis on a weekly, monthly and seasonal basis to develop immediate and long-term strategy.
• Produce weekly trading reports including key KPI’s such as ASP, AOV, Conversion, best sellers, W/C’s in order to react to changes in trends and forecasts.
• Manage the Gross Profit and Gross Margin to ensure we achieve budgeted profitability.
• Manage the allocator to ensure minimal missing SKUs.
• Provide direction for the e-commerce marketing team regarding key products/lines to push throughout all marketing channels.
• Provide direct oversight and supervision of agency traders ensuring all equity, option and ETF orders are handled according to the firms best execution quality standards.
• Monitor Market Structure and Regulatory changes.
• Responsible for goal setting, managing performance, coaching and developing staff to promote both individual and team success.
• Lead and/or participate as a subject matter expert on projects and other business driven initiatives.

Requirements:

• Experienced with the routing capabilities of wholesalers, exchanges and ECNs.
• Strong organizational skills and pro-active problem solving skills.
• University Degree in Business, Finance, Economics or any of the related field.
