Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance
- Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, or plumbing issues
- Respond to breakdowns and urgent repair requests
- Maintain maintenance logs and records
- Install, replace, or adjust machinery parts and fittings
- Monitor inventory of tools and spare parts
- Ensure safety standards and compliance are followed
- Report equipment conditions and recommend improvements
