Job summary
The Live-In Security Officer is responsible for safeguarding the premises, staff, and property while residing on-site. The role ensures 24/7 monitoring, access control, and immediate response to security issues.
Job descriptions & requirements
- Provide round-the-clock security presence on the premises
- Monitor and control the entry and exit of visitors and vehicles
- Conduct regular patrols of the property
- Prevent theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access
- Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and incidents
- Maintain a logbook of daily activities and occurrences
- Report security breaches or suspicious activities immediately
- Ensure gates, doors, and security systems are properly secured
- Assist with minor maintenance observations and report faults
Requirements:
- Minimum of SSCE qualification
- Previous experience in security services is an advantage
- Physically fit and alert
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good observation and communication skills
- Honest, disciplined, and responsible
- Willingness to reside within the premises
