Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Support the class teacher in delivering lessons and activities.
- Assist learners during classroom and practical activities.
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and organised classroom.
- Support learners who require additional guidance.
- Assist with supervision during breaks, transitions, and school activities.
- Work collaboratively with teachers and other members of staff.
Requirements:
- Minimum of NCE or relevant qualification.
- Previous experience working with children is an advantage.
- Patience, friendliness, and good communication skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively with a team.
- Genuine interest in children's learning and development.
