Job summary
We're hiring a maintenance technician (electrical / general) for our hotel in Lekki. The role covers electrical repairs and general facility upkeep across rooms and public areas. We need someone hands-on and reliable who can fix problems fast with little supervision.

Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and fix electrical faults in guest rooms, public areas, etc.
- Handle wiring, sockets, lighting, distribution boards, and fault tracing
- Monitor power systems, including generator, changeover, and inverter/UPS
- Carry out general repairs, such as minor plumbing fixes, fittings, minor carpentry, and AC support
- Respond quickly to guest room issues and keep a log of work done
- Run routine inspections to catch faults before they become breakdowns
- Work with vendors on specialized repairs like elevator and water treatment
Requirements:
- Trade test, OND, or proven hands-on experience in electrical and general maintenance
- At least 3 years on the job; hotel or facility experience is a plus
- Good understanding of electrical systems
- Comfortable with generator and changeover operation
- Able to handle minor repairs beyond electrical
- Reliable, honest, and able to work shifts including weekends
