Our Client is seeking a warm, professional Spa Therapist to provide safe, relaxing, and high-quality body and beauty treatments. The role requires excellent hands-on technique, strong hygiene standards, thoughtful client consultation, and the ability to create a calm premium experience from arrival through aftercare.

Responsibilities:
- Welcome clients, conduct consultations, and understand treatment goals, preferences, allergies, medical history, and contraindications.
- Provide approved spa services such as body massage, body scrubs, body polishing, facials, waxing, steaming, and other non-invasive treatments within the therapist’s training and authorised scope.
- Recommend suitable treatments and home-care routines without making unsupported medical claims.
- Prepare treatment rooms, linen, equipment, oils, products, and consumables before each appointment.
- Maintain excellent hygiene by disinfecting surfaces and reusable tools, changing linen, and disposing of waste correctly after every client.
- Explain each treatment, obtain informed consent, preserve client privacy, and maintain professional boundaries throughout the session.
- Monitor client comfort and stop or modify treatment when pain, irritation, dizziness, allergic response, or another concern arises.
- Record services delivered, products used, client reactions, preferences, and relevant follow-up notes.
- Support appointment scheduling, client reminders, rebooking, treatment packages, and ethical product recommendations.
- Monitor stock levels and report product, linen, or equipment needs promptly.
- Maintain a calm, tidy, pleasant treatment environment and support the wider team during busy periods.
- Follow all workplace health, safety, confidentiality, and customer-service procedures.
Requirements:
- Recognised training or certification in massage therapy, beauty therapy, cosmetology, or a related discipline.
- Practical experience delivering professional spa or beauty treatments.
- Sound knowledge of anatomy basics, skin types, product use, contraindications, sanitation, and client draping.
- Ability to work only within demonstrated competence and refer medical or advanced aesthetic concerns appropriately.
- Neat appearance, good personal hygiene, physical stamina, and professional conduct.
- Warm communication, discretion, punctuality, empathy, and strong customer-service skills.
- Ability to work at either Berger or Abule Egba and accommodate peak or weekend schedules when required.
