AC Technician

Responsibilities:

• Install, service, and maintain split, window, and central AC units
• Perform AC gas refilling, pressure, and leak tests using refrigerant gauges
• Diagnose and repair electrical, compressor, and cooling system faults
• Clean filters, condenser coil, and blower systems for optimal performance
• Replace faulty components such as capacitors, relays, pipin,g, and motors
• Ensure safe handling of refrigerants, tools, and electrical parts
• Maintain accurate service and maintenance logs
• Provide professional client support and troubleshooting guidance
• Work efficiently to minimize equipment downtime

Requirements:

• Minimum of OND
• HVAC or equivalent technical certification is an advantage
• Proficiency in using tools such as refrigerant gauges, testers, and essential HVAC diagnostic equipment
• Basic computer literacy and ability to work with MS Office tools (Excel knowledge is a plus)
• Strong communication, time-management, and problem-solving skills
• Physically fit and comfortable working in field and on-site environments
• Organized, reliable, and able to work under minimal supervision
