Skills Requirement

·       Assist customers to plan for their trips.

·       Respond to enquiries on travel arrangements such as routes and time schedules.

·       Make and confirm reservations.

·       Provide booking and reservation services to customers, these services include airline tickets, hotel reservations, cruise cabins as well as ground transportation etc.

·       Excellent command of the global GDS systems including Amadeus, Galileo and Sabre.

·       Excellent communication skills.

·       Ability to provide better inventory and rates to end customers.

·       Have at least 3years work experience.

·       Strong multi-tasking skills, ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
