Job Summary

The ideal candidate will act as a liaison, provide product/service information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Providing assistance and support to customers regarding products, services, or technical issues through various channels such as phone, email, chat, or in-person.
  • Documenting customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions accurately in the company's CRM or ticketing system.
  • Escalating unresolved issues to appropriate teams or higher-level support personnel for further investigation and resolution.
  • Gathering feedback from customers to identify areas for improvement in products, services, or support processes.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience as a customer support officer
  • Minimum of OND
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
