Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate a team to achieve operational and productivity goals.
• Assign tasks and monitor work for quality and consistency.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide regular feedback.
• Train and onboard new hires.
• Coach team members to improve skills and knowledge.
• Identify and create opportunities for employee growth.
• Act as a link between employees and upper management.
• Communicate expectations clearly and ensure understanding.
• Resolve conflicts and address employee concerns.
• Create and manage team schedules, taking into account availability and needs.
• Monitor and control departmental budgets.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Requirements:

• Minimum of OND in any field with at least one year of proven track record in facility management and janitorial services
• 1 - 2-year supervisory work experience
• Ability to lead, plan, and coordinate Janitorial Operations

Remuneration: NGN 100,000 monthly + Shuttle Leverage
