Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team to achieve operational and productivity goals.
- Assign tasks and monitor work for quality and consistency.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide regular feedback.
- Train and onboard new hires.
- Coach team members to improve skills and knowledge.
- Identify and create opportunities for employee growth.
- Act as a link between employees and upper management.
- Communicate expectations clearly and ensure understanding.
- Resolve conflicts and address employee concerns.
- Create and manage team schedules, taking into account availability and needs.
- Monitor and control departmental budgets.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Requirements:
- Minimum of OND in any field with at least one year of proven track record in facility management and janitorial services
- 1 - 2-year supervisory work experience
- Ability to lead, plan, and coordinate Janitorial Operations
Remuneration: NGN 100,000 monthly + Shuttle Leverage
