Structural Engineer

• Design, analyze, and review structural components for buildings and construction projects.
• Prepare detailed structural drawings, calculations, and technical reports.
• Ensure all designs comply with relevant building codes, safety standards, and regulations.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other project stakeholders.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and ensure structural integrity.
• Provide technical guidance and resolve structural issues during construction.
• Review and approve materials and workmanship on-site.
• Manage project timelines and ensure delivery within budget and scope.
• Assess existing structures and recommend repairs or modifications where necessary.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in civil/structural Engineering or related field.
• A minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a structural engineer
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, ETABS, STAAD Pro, or similar tools.
• Strong knowledge of structural analysis and design principles.
• Familiarity with local building codes and construction regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Professional certification (e.g., COREN) is an added advantage.
