Interior Architect

Responsibilities:

• Participate in brainstorming sessions and design meetings to develop creative architectural and interior concepts.
• Translate design ideas into detailed 3D models, renderings, and visual presentations using tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, Enscape, or similar software.
• Produce comprehensive architectural drawings, construction documents, and presentation materials.
• Ensure all design outputs comply with local building regulations and standards.
• Collaborate directly with clients to understand project goals and present visual, functional, and technical design solutions.
• Recommend materials, finishes, layouts, and lighting solutions to enhance aesthetics and usability of spaces.
• Conduct site visits to assess project progress and ensure that design intent is properly implemented.
• Coordinate effectively with consultants, contractors, and vendors for smooth project execution.
• Stay updated on current trends, tools, and best practices in architecture and interior design.
• Contribute to the development of company design standards and guidelines.
• Support project documentation, drawing reviews, and internal/client presentations.
• Perform other project-related or design tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or HND in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant professional experience in architecture or interior design.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, Enscape, or similar.
• Strong understanding of space planning, design detailing, and construction documentation.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and teamwork skills.
• Creative flair with keen attention to detail and aesthetics.
