Store Officer
Job summary
The Store Officer will be responsible for managing the receipt, storage, and issuance of materials, ensuring accurate inventory records and efficient store operations.

Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming goods and materials
- Store items properly and ensure easy accessibility
- Issue materials and supplies as requested by departments
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies
- Monitor stock levels and initiate re-ordering when necessary
- Ensure proper labeling and organization of goods
- Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the store/warehouse
- Prepare inventory and stock reports for management
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams
Requirements:
- OND, HND, or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience in storekeeping, inventory, in a club or lounge
- Knowledge of inventory control systems and procedures
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work under pressure
