We are seeking a smart, organized, and motivated Entry-Level Store Manager to join our team. This position is ideal for a young professional in her early 20s who is eager to learn, grow, and gain hands-on experience in store operations and customer service. Hausa language proficiency is an added advantage, but not mandatory. Must be Female

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily store operations and maintain a clean, organized space.
- Attend to customers politely and professionally.
- Support basic record-keeping, inventory checks, and stock arrangement.
- Help supervise sales activities and ensure smooth workflow.
- Report low-stock items and assist with stock management.
- Support simple cash-handling and daily sales reporting.
- Follow store policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Communicate effectively with team members and report issues promptly.
Requirements:
- Female in her early 20s and MUST reside in Abuja.
- Little or no previous work experience required.
- Good communication skills; understanding Hausa is an added advantage.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
- Friendly, respectful, and customer-oriented.
- Trustworthy, punctual, and responsible.
- Availability to undergo the one-month paid training.
