Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Static Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, inspection, and repair of static advertising structures across our various sites. This role requires strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to work safely and efficiently.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair static OOH structures such as billboards, unipoles, rooftops, and wall drapes.
- Conduct routine site inspections to ensure structural integrity and compliance with safety standards.
- Identify defects, hazards, and structural weaknesses; recommend corrective actions.
- Oversee fabrication work and ensure materials meet quality specifications.
- Collaborate with Operations and Creative teams for accurate and timely execution of campaigns.
- Maintain detailed documentation of installations, repairs, and inspections.
- Ensure all work complies with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Provide prompt response to emergency structural issues as they arise.
Requirements:
- OND/HND/Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in structural maintenance or outdoor engineering.
- Strong understanding of static OOH structures and installation processes.
- Ability to read technical drawings and engineering specifications.
- Experience with welding, metal fabrication, and rigging (added advantage).
- Ability to work at heights and in outdoor environments.
- Excellent problem-solving and reporting skills.
- Strong commitment to safety and quality standards.
