Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair faulty inverters and lithium batteries.
- Perform regular maintenance to ensure the normal operation of the inverter and lithium batteries
- Provide technical support and consulting services related to inverters and lithium batteries.
- Answer customers' questions about the use and maintenance of inverters and lithium batteries.
- Assist customers in the installation and commissioning of inverters and lithium batteries.
- Ensure that the inverter runs normally after installation.
- Train customers and internal teams on how to properly use and maintain inverters and lithium batteries.
- Keep details of repairs and Record maintenance and write technical reports.
- Summarise common problems and suggest improvements.
Requirements:
- Possess relevant qualifications
- 2- 5 years of proven experience
Locations: Festac Amuwo Odofin (Lagos) and also in Abuja.
