Job summary
We are seeking a motivated and disciplined Social Media & Lead Generation Manager to build, manage, and grow multiple social media accounts that promote a licensed U.S. insurance professional offering free insurance quotes. The goal of this role is to generate qualified prospects in Texas interested in receiving quotes for insurance

Responsibilities:
Social Media Setup & Management:
- Create and optimize social media accounts (as needed) on platforms including: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter (X), TikTok (optional but a plus)
- Ensure profiles are professional, compliant, and positioned for trust with U.S.-based audiences
Daily Content & Engagement:
- Highlight the value of free insurance quotes
- Encourage direct messages and inquiries
- Engage daily by: Replying to comments and messages, following, liking, and interacting with relevant users, and participating in relevant conversations and trending topics
Lead Generation:
- Drive interested users to: Send DMs, fill out quote request forms, ask for consultations, and focus specifically on Texas-based prospects
- Identify and attract: Homeowners, Renters, Drivers, Condo owners, Landlords, High-income individuals needing umbrella coverage
Brand Representation:
- Represent the agent professionally and ethically
- Communicate clearly that quotes are free and provided by a licensed U.S. insurance agent
- Follow guidance on compliant language (training will be provided)
Reporting:
- Track basic metrics such as: Follower growth, Engagement, Number of inbound inquiries/leads
- Provide short weekly summaries of activity and results
Requirements:
- Based in Nigeria with reliable internet access
- Strong written English (American tone preferred)
- Familiarity with major social media platforms
- Ability to stay active daily (consistency is critical)
- Understanding of how to generate interesting conversations and leads online
- Comfortable engaging strangers professionally via comments and DMs
- Prior experience in: Social media marketing, Lead generation, Real estate, Insurance, finance, or sales-related niches (Preferred)
- Basic graphic design or video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, etc.) (Preferred)
- Understanding of U.S. audiences or Texas demographics (Preferred)
